You ever wonder why it can be sunny, yet be so cold outside. Today is one of those conflicting days. Its too cold to lets the kids out on the playground to play, yet when I go outside for a couple minutes, it doesn't feel all that cold. It could be because my feet were against the heater this morning, or that the rays from the sun just have the effect of heating you up briefly. The sun rays trapped in the car through the window effect. Whatever the reason, it nice to see the sun out. Last night our local public transportation facility caught on fire. I know it was no fun battling a blaze in the middle of the night in sub zero temperatures. Water is not very cooperative in those conditions. Lots of strange things going on because of the extended cold this year. On Monday I had a chuck of ice fall from the roof and break the gas meter open, with full line pressure evacuating the entire school. That was interesting..... You never know what life is going to hand you next, so you try to be as prepared as possible. Its always great to know that people support each other, and take care of each other in time of need. As it should be........
Maybe tomorrow we can get out of the sub zero zone, and head for April showers and May Flowers. What do you think ?
