60 Degrees, and solids are turning to liquid

Now I do not remember a January thaw this year, but today is as close to the real thing as I have been in a long time.  Its been a cold long winter, and when there is a break, people start to come out of thier shelters and do crazy things.  For me, it is a frenzy of snow turning to water, and with the frost having froze many of the storm pipes, I have to divert the flow until the real thaw takes place.  It is a small price to pay for the warmth of the sun.  everyone is in the midst of sinus infections turned bronchitis and the other ailments that come this time of year, but rest assured it won't be long until this winter switch to spring will be in full effect, and the cold of winter will just be a fond memory.

Looking ahead, those who are local, I hope you will consider supporting our youth groups by attending the 3rd annual Bowl a thon as the Royal Scot lanes in Lansing this Saturday at 1 pm.
I plan on being there, and it promises to be another fun event.
