A Special Message to South Eastern Michigan Masons

Brothers,

The Grand Lodge of Michigan acknowledges that the weather event that occurred Monday August 11th left many areas of South East Michigan under water, as over 5 inches of rain accumulated across the region. Our hearts go out to those who have experienced personal difficulty and damage during this event.  It matters not if it is a Hurricane, Tornado, Winter Blizzard or any one of several natural events that affect out lives, it is still traumatic.  We hope that all members will extend a hand to those in need to make sure sanitary and comfortable living conditions are restored and maintained. As the region recovers from this event, the Grand Lodge of Michigan will monitor the progress of resuming normal daily activities in the South East Area of Michigan.

May Brother Love prevail,

William LeVeque, Grand Master
