A prophet in his own country.... I go to my home Lodge ;-)

The old adage, "Theres no place like home" really does ring true when your out in the service of others.  Though I spent some time with my own Lodge Brothers at the beginning of December when we installed them, it was nice to be able to stop in again.  One of the quirks of living in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan in January is that you have to plan your movement based on whats happening outside weatherwise.  Anyway, I had the opportunity to have supper at Lodge which is always a treat.  We have a new brother, who just moved into the area.  Sean is a member of Lake Superior Lodge in Ewen (look that one up;-)) and is moving from Brooklyn, MI.  He is a Chiropractor, and will be adjusting bones right here in Munising. I am excited to have a another young member joining us.  Of course, Pasty making is going to happen next week, so his first invite is to come help with that.  Another item that excited me, the lodge voted to hold a festive board. I think I have only seen it in our lodge one other time, back when Grand Master Reno was promoting it.  I won't tell you how long ago that was........
