It always appears that there is a calm before a storm. You know the kind of day, where the sun may be out, the wind is quiet and the sky is somewhat dismal. Kind of inviting the cold winds of the North to enter the area, and begin to solidify the water laying around. It the time of year I always cringe about, because I'm not sure when the roof drains or water run off drains are going to freeze for the winter. I know its going to happen, just don't know when. Farmers Almanac says it is supposed to be cold and not so snowy. well they sure missed that mark, when the snowy part appeared on Veterans day. But much of it has melted, and made room for what is about to show up. in the next 2 months. Christmas, a calm before the storm.
Stay warm friends. I'm heading over to Marquette to watch the Grand daughter sing in her group performance tonight.
