Hang out around home .... an hours drive

Teal Lake Lodge # 202
Some would whine and complain about driving an hour to go to Lodge, but for me its a treat to stop by my Lodges in the U.P.  I promised them I would, and I continued that promise by stopping by Teal Lake Lodge No. 202 in Negaunee. The new Regional Grand Lecturer was there, he is in charge of making sure the guys know their ritual, and understand the floor work.  Craig Maison from the Charitable Foundation (MMCF) also dropped by a little late, so the SD had to administer the Test Oath, just to keep our friend and brother on his toes.  Thanks for humoring us Craig, your a great man and Mason. Its all about Brotherly Love, Relief and Truth. We have a lot of fun, some would say we work hard and play hard. I heard a lot of planning for the summer months, the giving of scholarships to worthy Graduates, getting them ready for College, the fundraisers being finalized, care and due attention to the building, to keep it shining as a beacon of Masonic Light in a dim world. With that said, we can never forget that Masonry is NOT in a Building. It is in your heart. Your actions and example will tell the world who you are, not the building you meet in......
