Once each year the State organization of Scottish Rite comes together for a meeting to report success, plans, and reward success. Such was the last couple days in Gaylord. Was nice to visit with old friends and new. The Sovereign Grand Commander was present and I had a chance to visit with him.
This is the time when they award "red hats" for meritorious service. A new award was started in memory of Ken Chandler, presented to Craig Maison. Well deserved, a great man and brother laboring in the craft. A nice weekend to take a breath and enjoy life...
